RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Ranking/ Points will be awarded to all participants by UAE TT and Badminton Association as per BWF regulations.
2. The entry for the “UAE SERIES” is open to valid UAE Residence Visa Holders only (Valid Emirates ID copy to be submitted).
3. Proof of age to be provided for the age categories mentioned in the entry form. All participants should  carry the registration  & payment confirmation  along  with  original EID.
4. Each player can participate in maximum of 3 events only.
5. Entries once submitted will be considered final and will not be permitted for any changes after the entry closing date.
6. All matches will be played as per the schedule published in the tournament software.
7. An event may be dropped in the case of insufficient entries. The minimum entry required per event is 8.
8. All matches will be played according to the rules and regulations of the Badminton World Federation and shall be played on a Knock-out basis.
9. Change of partner is not allowed once the draw/fixture is published.
10. Participants without non-marking shoes shall not be allowed to play.
11. Players should report at the location 15 minutes in advance to the match time specified in draw/fixture. A walk over will be awarded if a player / team is more than 15 minutes late from the starting time specified in the draw/fixture.
12. All players should check-in with the officials present at the official's  table upon arrival at the courts.
13. In case of any disputes arising during the course of the matches, a player can submit his / her concerns / complaint to the dispute committee in writing by paying Dhs. 200/-. Match Referee decision shall be binding and final.

Physical fitness is the sole responsibility of players. By signing this document each player confirms that he/she is medically fit to engage him/herself in sports activities. The highest level of sportsman spirit is expected from every player.

2. For Online Payments, the fees will be calculated in USD and nominal transaction fees will be levied. Participants will receive the payment acknowledgement and registration Confirmation.
