Section 4 : Pre Planning Contact
Designate below the name of the person in your organization who is to receive all pre-conference correspondence and information, including confirmations, scheduling updates and alerts. It will be the responsibility of this person to share any and all conference information and updates with other affected staff within the organization.
Section 5 : Exhibitor Registration
Please complete the information below listing the person(s) to receive exhibitor registration. The undersigned
company has the option to register additional delegates to work the exhibit. Please note that an Exhibitor Registration
is in no way interchangeable with a Conference Registration and can only be offered to exhibiting company
employees. Exhibitor registration will allow these individuals to participate in all conference activities and meals on
9th and 10th March, 2017 at the Intercontinental Hotels & Resorts, Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. The cost is AED 1000 per person.
Exhibitor Registrations can be added anytime before 15th February, 2017 by emailing full contact information for each

Section 6 : Sponsor Exhibits
The undersigned company is entitled to one (1) standard exhibit space. Booths will be available with tables, and chairs for each exhibit area as per the selected package. Electricity is not included and will need to be ordered through the facility. If additional equipment or services are needed, please contact the facility directly. Additional costs incurred for items not supplied by MEA Conference will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.
Section 7 : Deadlines
To realize the full benefit of the 6th International Conference on Vitamin D Deficiency Nutrition and Human
Health, March 9-10, 2017, Intercontinental Hotels & Resorts, Abu Dhabi, U.A.E., It is very important to make note of all
deadlines associated with the Conference. The pre-planning contact for each sponsor will be noted of changes
advance and with reasonable notice to respond, however, if submission deadlines are missed it could result in loss of
benefits or opportunities all together.
Deadlines for submitting the application: 30th January, 2017
Payment should be paid in full before: 25the February, 2017
Section 8 :Cancellation
All cancellations must be sent to MEA Conferences in writing. A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of the
sponsorship will apply to any sponsor cancellation received before 15th February, 2017. After 28th February, 2017, no
refunds will be given.
Section 9 :Official Exhibit Terms and Conditions
All exhibits and exhibitors are subject to the following regulations:

As of this publication, the dates and hours of the exhibition are:
Set-up Wednesday,8th March,2017 at 7:00 pm
Exhibits Open Thursday, 9th March, 2017 at 7:30 am
Tear-Down Friday, 10th March, 2017 at 6:30 pm
*All times are tentative and subject to change.
- Organizer Fee for utilization of event and accessing of audience through the exhibition payable upon confirmation.
- Sponsorship features will be allocated on first-paid, first served basis. Priority will be determined by date of receipt of application accompanied by required payment.
- Payment must be received before 28th February, 2017.
- Branding identifying sponsorship or exhibitors will be displayed on our website, and on conference brochure.
- The exhibitors will be announced as sponsored by Company.
- Representatives from company will be granted access to network will speakers and scientific committee members at Lunchtime.
- Representatives over and above initial included in the package are only for company representatives.
- All exhibits must be arranged so as not be obstruct the general view or hide the exhibits of others.
- The standard booth equipment provided to the exhibitor by the Management will consist of anexhibit area, a table, and 2 chairs.
- Exhibits may be installed and dismantled in the designated exhibits area at the designated set- up time and date only.
- Exhibitors may not dismantle or disturb their exhibits before the official closing.
